Ikesu covers
2001-2005
In 2001, I started the IKESU COVER project which is to create a new graphic cover every X days. I didn’t place any rules, just create something that is appealing to my eyes. Thanks to that 4 years long project, from 2001 to 2005, I was able to developed my graphic skills a lot.
The idea came from a well known typography website called Test Pilot Collective http://www.testpilotcollective.com.
TPC is made up of two persons, Joe Kral and Matt Desmond and, from 1999 to 2003, they created everyday a new “first page” for their website.
I was very inspired by their works and that’s why I started my own cover project.
